Start your day off right

A generous breakfast is included with your stay at Thornhedge Inn & Stratford. Served from 8am to 10am, there is always a savory entree from our family cookbook. Maine blueberry french toast, three pepper quiche or our baked omelet with cheese sauce are favorites. There are straight-from-the-oven breads and muffins. Our breakfasts always start with a fruit course before the entree arrives.

Up with the sun? Fresh-brewed coffee and a variety of teas are ready by 7am for early risers. Grab a cup before breakfast and sit in the Thornhedge Inn parlor to read the morning paper, or relax on Stratford’s porch to take in some fresh air while you plan your day in Acadia. Or head to the top of Cadillac to see the sun rise over the Atlantic, and then come back for a well-deserved breakfast.
